The Guzerat is a huge, floppy-eared breed of Zebu cattle. Since large herds of pure Guzerat cattle are maintained in Brazil, I am assuming this coin pictures a Guzerat.
The legend 'alimentos para o mundo' is Portuguese for 'food for the world'.
