This piece is from Imperial China during the reign of Emperor Guangxù (1875-1908). That's his name in Manchu script vertically in the centre of the obverse (bottom picture).

7.2 candareens refers to the coin's weight. There is no date, and the coin could have been minted anytime between 1875 and 1908.
