Nuqa roro is the Fijian name for this fish, which can be one of three different species (or perhaps sub-species): Siganus argenteus, Siganus doliatus, and Siganus uspi.
There are a dozen or two common English names, such as Streamlined spinefoot or Barred rabbitfish (argenteus); Barred spinefoot or Blue-lined rabbitfish or Pencil-streaked rabbitfish or Pencil-streaked spinefoot or just plain old Spinefoot (doliatus); Uspi rabbitfish (uspi). Most of the names feature Spinefoot and Rabbitfish, and sometimes they are together.
No doubt this fish tastes good grilled, no matter what you call it.
