Lamb

This coin was issued under the reign of Pope Pius XI and features a lamb, either being safely returned to the flock on the shoulders of the shepherd, or being transported to the barbeque.

The coin was minted from 1929 to 1937, except 1933 when a special "jubilee" version was minted (KM16). The next pope carried on the design from 1939 to 1941 (KM27/27a).
