Bangladesh issued a series of FAO coins starting in 1974, including this 50 poisha piece featuring a carp and a hen, along with a pineapple and a squash.
The obverse shows the national emblem of Bangladesh, featuring a water lily bordered by rice sheaves, with tea leaves above.
This coin was first minted in 1977 and the final minting was 1994, which I believe is the date on this example.
