The Royal Bengal Tiger was featured on the reverse of the 25-poisha coin from 1977 to 1991 (although coins were only minted during 8 of those years). I believe the example shown is dated 1991.
The obverse shows the national emblem of Bangladesh, featuring a water lily bordered by rice sheaves, with tea leaves above. The four stars on top represent the four principles of Bangladesh's first constitution: nationalism, secularism, socialism, and democracy.
